Join us for this year's edition of Sip N' Shop MTL! With incredible local vendors, businesses and artists, we can't wait to host you while you shop and sample some delicious treats with some of the best that Montreal has to offer! And as always, we love to give back with our events, and have partnered once again with The Shoebox Project.
ENTRY FEE: Tickets for the event are FREE but you must bring a decorated shoebox filled with $50 worth of essentials to DONATE to The Shoebox Project, who will be distributing them to women in local shelters. See below for details on how to build the perfect Shoebox.

WHAT TO DO
1. Gift Value: $50 worth of products
This personally crafted gift contains a mix of essential everyday items and small luxuries that you or any woman would love!
2. A Box to Fit the Occasion: A simply decorated box without bows = easy stacking
Please use only a standard Shoebox, or similar box, no bigger than 12in x 4.75in x 7in
3. Caring Words: Add an encouraging and uplifting card
A simple handwritten message of support can go a long way toward ensuring she feels as special as she is and helping her feel seen and valued!
4. Useful Daily Essentials: Select a few essential items for your Shoebox
Useful daily essentials of self-care products will help her feel healthy and confident.
Examples: Body wash, face cleanser, lip balm, deodorant, body lotion, hair care
5. Little Luxuries: Add some little luxuries to your Shoebox
Luxurious items can help her see she is worthy and deserving of nice things.
Examples: Makeup, accessories, journal & pen, hand cream, nail polish, sweet treat
6. Seasonal Items: Include items for the current season
Seasonal items help her feel comfortable every season - warm or cold.
Examples: Winter: Socks, gloves, hat, scarf
WHAT NOT TO DO
Please DO NOT Include...
1. If it's been used, please lose it: she deserves to feel special! Unpackaged, used, free/'hotel' samples, jumbo-sized, travel-sized, & feminine hygiene products are not items you would include in a gift to a friend. Treat her as you would your very best friend!
2. If it's not inclusive, don't include it: we are all unique, inside and out!
Specific needs call for specific products! If we don't know the individual receiving our gift, we don't know her specific needs like size, skin tone, hair texture, etc. Let's ensure she feels comfortable and confident in HER unique self!
3. If it can harm, hold it back: providing a safe & peaceful environment is essential!
Items that could cause harm, contain alcohol or are heavily scented should NOT be included in your gift. Let's help keep her as safe as possible while she continues her journey!
